Hello? Pension issues bombed the stock, markets continuing their recovery will bring it back. Clear enough? No. Not a clear reason to invest in UIS at all. Pension issue is specific to UIS, and caused many investors to dump UIS. Market recovery will, in general, help all stocks to rise. If your reason for investing is a "market recovery", then buy the S&P index. Market going up is not a reason to buy UIS. Seems your bear case is UIS specific, and your bull case has nothing to do with UIS. Elroy
