Cannot guess what the Iraqis will do.
If tried here, would get a death sentence,no bail, kind of a flight risk (g)
Then a long time on death row as an example to other would-be dictators,self promoted kings, whatever.
Keep him alive until the Iraqi situation is stabilized.
That wont happen I guess, so he is all theirs.
