Ray, perhaps Saddam is just time. Things are going from bad to worse.

Bush had to visit Iraq to appease the Iraqis it was not to withdraw leaving them to sort things out.

Saddam was kept holed out and pinned down. He could not move. His capture waiting for the right time.

Now with no WMD found, the USD below 1.23 and going to plummet Howard Dean -the man against war- going up; the masses, both, Iraqi and American were served a pizza as an 'assurance' of 'progress'.
