But here's how to see to it that the issue is a simple one: just define all ethical considerations, acts, values, as 'religious' ones. That does make it simple, doesn't it?! My Gal will be surprised to know that all my hugs and kisses are quite religious! And could I help someone across the street without religious conviction? I admit I could not. Some religious person must have taught me that. It might have have been the Watson's man...who else? <g> I no longer have a computer. Just borrowed a friend's portable for the nonce. Considering the essential wisdom of your aphorism, I just might take my time about replacing mine! Good to know you are still there with your ever perceptive comments!
