The allegation that Estrada is "dangerous" is attributed, not to the members of the judiciary committee, but to unspecified members of "civil rights groups" who met with Senator Kennedy. (Page 16).

So, yes, saying that the Judiciary Committee called Estrada "dangerous" is horse exhaust. Worse, actually. Horses can't help themselves, evacuating one's bowels after eating is a natural act.
