Is there any truth to the story that CVTX's major partner in developing/selling Ranexa sold out their 33% share of revenues this August for 7 million dollars?

Some guy posted links to SEC filings and news stories on the yahoo boards that pretty much seems to confirm it.

My question is- if it is true, why would CVTX's partner be willing to end the relationship in the middle of phase 3 trials if Ranexa was going to be a billion dollar profit-engine like all the CVTX bulls are betting on?

Doesn't make any sense to me.
