Listened to Imus a bit this morning. He was interviewing a military man who was there when the worm was captured. He said the first thing Saddam said ( in English ) was "I am Saddam Husayn, President of the Republic of Iraq. I am prepared to negotiate." One of the soldiers responded "George Bush, President of the United States sends his regards."
