Saddam is only the Big Fish if he's actually guilty of everything the Bushies have been claiming he's behind. Yes, he was a cruel dictator and many of his people hated him, especially the exiles and Kurds, but let's look at some possible scenarios:

- Saddam has been in hiding since the invasion and has been out of the loop
- Saddam doesn't even know who's attacking us now
- Saddam was blown up to be a huge boogey man but really wasn't very dangerous to the US
- Saddam had nothing to do with Al Qaida
- Saddam is insane and a blithering delusional idiot
- Saddam was all talk no action
- Saddam hasn't had WMD's since 1992
- Saddam is someone we don't want to put on trial because it would embarrass us
