What if Saddam testifies that Bush completely lied about WMD's? Maybe Bush wouldn't want such a public trial in that case. What Bush may be thinking is to parade past all the Saddam atrocities. Fair enough. Saddam was an evil guy. But will he be allowed to speak? If so, can they control him?
