I'm not familar with the situation in Texas, but in California, legal border crossers do have to endure a lot more hassle, I know from experience. I'm sure it's more difficult for the illegals as well, but they still cross in droves. I have a friend in Austin, Tx. who hires nothing but illegals for his small business, and never has an employee problem.
