OVER $1 MILLION ADDED TO TREASURY
Of the total 1,186,847 warrants granted pursuant to the private placement of Dec. 11, 2002, a total of 1,082,563 warrants were exercised at 80 cents generating proceeds of $866,050.40. Further, 237,371 agent warrants issued pursuant to the above private placement last December have also been exercised at 70 cents for proceeds of $166,159.70. The company has over $4.5-million in its treasury which is more than sufficient for current 2004 exploration plans.
