"It is not only investors who are getting antsy, it is license holders as well. I can tell you this, the market is there TODAY for the technology. If the company gets funded, revenues are not off in the
distant future. The opportunities are available almost immediately."

You maybe correct by saying the Market is there TODAY but the fact is I do not believe anyone in the IVDS industry can take the immediate opportunity that exists. The last I remember hearing about the buildout/hardware to use the frequency was a demonstration to someone at Wincom between 2 computers right there in the "labs". If I remember correctly someone even posed the possibitility that one could simply tune 2 wireless modems into the specific frequency and make it look as though the hardware was up and going. Does anyone have any news about the hardware even existing or being in its final stages? If so how about production and distribution? As you all may remember I was blindly bullish on this stock at the beginning but have been quite down on it for some time other than it being a trading stock. As everyone now knows, things simply do not appear to be moving. My prior statements regarding financing remain today (why would a few private firms wish to finance Winco at this moment....which eventually led to my discussion on junk bonds which was never commented on by anyone) and I wonder if Winco will simply end up selling the licenses and be less than what Struthers originially was (before the announced acquisition). We did have Rose Dye, didn't we?

Anyhow, with all of us feeling pretty doomsdayish, a contrarian may take light and start buying up....it sure seems at the darkest moments is when things finally turn around.

I will be waiting for a)good news b).30-.50 to buy back (unless bad news of course) to get back in.

Good luck,

Christopher Hinton
