poor poor thing, your assertion errr.. ranting are a clear certain and compelling mental retardation and or dementia certification event cue. The action taken against saddam in Iraq by the President was based upon the authorization of a joint resolution of the congress. Now in that joint resolution over a dozen reasons are given. Each of them was true and is true now.
