Today, President George W. Bush signed the "American Dream Down Payment Act" which apparently involves no downpayment for those who can't afford it. He better make it attached to 30 yr. fixed mortgages. Geez..what a house of cards. In whose hands will all that money end up eventually? Oops...better not to ask. . . . . . . . . . .Buy gold methinks. :o( C
