It is not a charge from the banks it is the exchange rate for the currancy.

The CASH may or may not be brought to the US. When Exide creates their reports they need to convert the forien money into US dollars for reporting.

I do not own any Exide stock at the moment... but am looking at getting back in.

I do own MCIC and BICO at the moment.
