Suggestion (take it for what it's worth, which is exactly what you paid for it... vbg): If you only have limited availability during your lunch break, you might want to call ahead and schedule some time with someone to ensure that they are there when you finally do call. If, for whatever reason, you don't connect, just leave a phone number where they can call you back later (either at your office or at home). Although these guys are quite busy during the day, they've called me back at home on more than once occasion if we didn't connect during the day. IMO they're very responsive once you make that first step and call them. FWIW, this is the most responsive management team that I've ever dealt with, and I've gotten lots of cooperation from other companies in the past. Carpe diem! (Sieze the day!) Razor
