Looks like the SEC is going to help us force Struthers/Wincom to provide timely information. Check out this post: biz.yahoo.com.
Christopher is right about the license holders getting anxious. They (including a partnership that I'm in) signed over the licenses two years ago and still have nothing to show for it, even though Wincom is contractually obligated to pay back with stock. I've heard that the financing is essentially complete, but no one seems to know what's taking so long to finally close this thing. Maybe we should all pitch in and buy Rauoll a copy of Donald Trump's "The Art of a Deal". I think it is reasonable to assume that the license holders have contemplated lawsuits or revoking their licenses, but the fact that they haven't leads me to believe that they have been informed that the completion is near.
Rauoll (or Sean or C.P. or anyone), if you're out there, give us a break. Throw us a crumb or something. This neglectful treatment of your loyal followers is abusive. At least come out with a statement that the company is working on some financing (don't have to mention any details). With the absence of any news for at least 5 months, no quarterly financial postings for over a year, and unreturned phone calls, how can we be expected to continue our support of the company? What's it going to take, guys? A class action lawsuit? Any lawyers out there willing to start one?
I would also like a response on the previous comment on "if it doesn't happen this week, it won't happen". Was that just despondent speculation, or is there some foundation behind the comment?
