Due to facts that most likely than not T will go generic in 2005/6 Why do you say that? If thalidomide finally gets approval for MM, then I would assume they then get 7-year orphan-drug exclusivity. Not to mention the issue of the STEPS distribution program which is part of the T label and is patented. Peter
