Art: If you read the article, you would see who is planning on entering. Hynix Semiconductor Inc. & STMicroelectronics N.V. through a JV Micron Technology The fabrication of semiconductors is not like baking chocolate chip cookies. Micron & STM/Hynix are dominant players. Like I said earlier, 20%+ ROEs send a message out to other players. Competitors will enter driving ROEs down to market ROEs.
