A drowning person would hang onto anything to save his life. Yes the debt relief story is good. But show me the money (show me the tangibles that Germany and France are truly agreeing to forgive the Iraqi/US debt). They agree to forgive the Iraqi debt not the debt of the US installed Iraqi Council. That is how I read it.
