Jim would agree with you on your assessment of Liesman. If he would really speak out his mind IMHO he will be removed from the set. In the past I had several discussion with CNBS anchors (will not divulge the names on SI). Their approach to CNBC broadcast is as a SHOW & NEWS delivery and not in any shape or form any hint of investment advise or counsel or even finding journalistic truth in Gov. statistics. It is all about selling advertising and not giving sound investment advise to the masses
