You evade the point.

None of those reasons required the emergency unilateral attack that was done. That is prima facia evidence that those reasons were not the justification for the war. Only two things were happening fast at that time, midterm elections and the U.N. inspectors were getting a good idea what was going on in Iraq. An attack timed to disrupt either even is an impeachable crime.
