Osisko to raise $1-million Osisko Exploration Ltd OSK Shares issued 19,624,860 Dec 16 close $0.235 Wed 17 Dec 2003 News Release Mr. Robert Wares reports OSISKO ARRANGES FINANCING FOR BRAZILIAN GOLD PROJECTS Osisko Exploration has signed a letter of intent for an additional private placement of $1-million with EurAsia Holding AG of Germany (Eurasia). Osisko has agreed to sell a maximum of four million units at a price of 25 cents per unit to Eurasia. Each unit comprises one common share and one share purchase warrant, and each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share in the capital of Osisko for a period of 24 months following the closing date, at a price of 36 cents per common share. This transaction is subject to regulatory approval. The net proceeds from this non-brokered private placement will be used for the acquisition, exploration and development of gold properties in Brazil. A letter of intent for the first property acquisition will be signed shortly, details of which will be announced as soon as possible.
