Chum ? , I don't know what you exactly mean by "come out with more shares", but I think you are referring to a while back when CSGI had a meeting to increase the amount of shares they were able to authorize. These shares are not in the float, and do not add to the current amount outstanding.

I am sure that they will start to dip into those shares in a while, but I can almost guarantee you they won't do that at these prices.

At least if they do they will have one less shareholder.
