ON THE VERY SAME DAY that Bush, via his emissary, was imploring European and Russian creditor nations to forgive billions in debt for Iraq, he excluded them from the bidding. No, buddy, YOU are a moron if you don't see how this STRATEGIC BLUNDER is a mistake. Or do we swagger and ask favors at the same time? Yep, great idea.
