Apparently no one watched Angels in America.

Hmm. Well, too bad, it has something to offend everybody.

Meryl Streep has three roles, one largish one as a Mormon mother of a gay lawyer, one smallish one as the ghost of Ethel Rosenberg, and an almost cameo as a Rabbi, which is brilliant.

Emma Thompson also has three roles, a medium sized role as an angel, a smaller role as a doctor, and a cameo as a hobo.

Al Pacino I already mentioned, and he's incredible. Mary Louise Parker is better than I ever imagined she could be. But my favorites are Justin Kirk as a flamboyant gay man with AIDS, and Jeffrey Wright as a gay nurse. Both actors have brilliant careers in their cards.

Mike Nichols as director and executive producer. What's not to like?
