As Sec. of State he took bribes to issue CDL licences to guys who couldn't drive 18 wheelers. He could have given Clinton lessons on bribes and kick backs. He had state workers collecting campaign donations on state time. He was a RINO. Ran as a conservative and raised taxes on everything. Money collected for road and bridge repair went for parades and meeting places for homosexuals. Ryan was from Jolliet, bedroom community for Chicago.
