Hi Louis:

I've been assuming that the POG would correct down to about $380 before the move through $415, but now I'm not so sure. It's looking strong on the North American overnight markets, and I see that the gold price in Japanese Yen is *very* close to breaking out to a 10 or more year high:

The Japanese have the highest savings rate of any country on earth, so it will be interesting to see if the psychological effect of their currency going to a new "low" against the precious metal translates into increased demand for gold.
