Eye for an eye is the Muslim law which many Iraqis are. Let them apply their law to their people. I would like to point you in the direction of the swift sentencing of the SA monarchy to the perpetrators of Khobar Towers bombing ...which, by happy coincidence, prevented the CIA from interrogating the suspects. Listen to yourself. How much difference is there between what you just said and "They're just wogs; can't expect rule of law from them. They don't understand any of that stuff. Been killing each other forever."? Not much, to my ears. There's a term for this attitude - compassionate racism.
