That is not an answer to why the US is not saving the world from Mugabe, and you know it.

Re Kosovo - Take a look at its timing and tell me it was just about rescuing the people. If you can.

Make sure your answer includes why this humanitarian intervention waited through two years of genocide before Clinton started the action.

Oh and take care to notice the differences. UN involvement, for example.
