Ray is very difficult but there are even worse. In my mental image they are standing on street corners, gabbling and muttering at anybody who passes by. Everybody passes them by as quickly as they can, heads averted.

Then, the Internet gives them the power to beam themselves into your living room, and you can't get rid of them by simply looking away, you have to take some kind of action to throw them back out.

Taking the high road doesn't work, because you're giving them what they crave, an audience.
