LOL. Indeed. Clinton was in power during the 90's joyride, when people were practically throwing fistloads of money at companies with no earnings, companies with business models that didn't even promise earnings. And when terrorists struck us repeatedly, he did absolutely nothing in response. It doesn't take genius to save money in this way. But it takes something like genius to conduct an expanding economy during the most expansive war in the history of the United States. (grin)
