Gus, thanks, I am doing well and getting more involved with technology again. Regarding IBM's Shark product line, from what I know it is doing ok but of course that is to their plan which may not be too aggressive so its hard to benchmark. Also, it appears that all of the 2004 plans for Shark are on target so I am not sure what got pushed to '05. If you have something more specific I will try to see what the story is. Of course, this is a very competitive business segment so any misstep hurts. NENG may be a good candidate for an '04 bounce. What do you think?
