With SPX futures up 10+, what are you going to do with your options? Try to dump them at the open? Or hold them figuring we'll gap at open and slide rest of day?

Never traded index options... I hear you have to be more nimble with index options than with equity options... so I'm really curious what you would do when you've got a position which is going to open sharply against you.
