The US Constitution not dead yet - US Appeals Court just invoked habeas corpus for US citizen arrested 18 months ago and never charged, but held as an enemy combatant. It's a first step for due process that was absent the past two years..... PS Now they will have to change the plotline for all those moronic "Threat Matrix" episodes, LOL.
