Thanks for the Bird Bombing article. It graphically exhibits the flagrant hypocrisy of this Admin. Thought you might enjoy this tale. Let's see if you were a young college student in Calgary near winter solstice, would you go to a summer vacation in Australia for just a little ...

AN Albury fertility clinic is ofering free two-week trips to Australia for Canadian sperm donors.

Citing "a severe shortage" of Australian donors, the ad in Calgary University's student newspaper The Gauntlet promises an airfare, accommodation and living expenses for those willing to make the journey to New South Wales.
Those who make the trip and pass a series of rigorous medical checks will be required to produce a semen sample every two days during their two-week stay in Albury, where Reproductive Medicine Albury will put them up in a motel.

They will receive $150 spending money each day, with two-thirds of the allowance payable only after the donors have returned to Canada.

So far 15 Canadian men have sent e-mail inquiries.

Fertility clinics can cover a donor's expenses but cash payments for sperm are illegal in Australia
