I appreciate your efforts in compiling this information. The only thing I have a question on is the outstanding shares. You say only about 1.2 million which would be nice, but looking at the 10SB filing, I suspect that the Class A-E common warrants have amounted in more than 3 million shares, and the Class A-E preferred have amounted to another 2 million shares, and the debentures an additional 1/2 million, and I am not sure this includes the 973,000 shares mentioned in the 13D, so, I speculate over 6 million shares outstanding to non-insiders, which could explain the unknown sources of revenue. Some more research in this regard would be appreciated. John
