Stalin had, before the war, been responsible for millions of deaths in the Ukrainian terror famine and various purges within the Party, and continued to run international Communism through the Cominform. (Archives have proven definitively that the CPUSA got most of its funding from the Soviet Union). The Soviet Union remained dedicated to world- wide Communist revolution, although Stalin claimed a period of consolidation. Additionally, Stalin made a pact with Hitler that permitted the acquisition of Eastern Poland. And yet we helped him. How? After Hitler turned on Stalin, we mainly provided weapons through which Stalin could kill people, mainly Germans.......
