The government will have a hard time keeping a lid on Hubberts peak. Again.. short term I believe it's a matter of political and social will.. There's no reason we shouldn't have been more farsighted over the past 10 years with regard to increasing gas production, as well as creating the transportation network for the 59 Trillion Ft3 of gas in Canada. Long term, we obviously need to find alternative resources, and we'll do that when this society is so financially impacted that it finally forces the politicians to do something. Hawk
