From this mornings Globe and Mail. One rumour floating around Bay Street yesterday was that Corel Computer Corp., the Corel spinoff charged with developing Corel's new network computer, is in the process of signing a deal with technology giant Northern Telecom Ltd. Corel's Ms. Bendzsa declined to comment. Jane Dragone, an analyst for First Marathon Inc., said the rumoured deal, if true, would give Corel a huge boost. --------------------------- The fact that Carrie Bendzsa declined to comment and did not take the opportunity to quash the rumour makes me believe that somthing is going on between Nortel and CCC. ah
