Incredible. What are these clowns thinking? These guys have the most money for straight PR and calculated propaganda in history, and they keep pulling these obviously fake stunts? Who's in charge? I heard again twice this week about the Weekly Standard "article" claiming this connection, once from Richard Perle himself. Now, do any of them believe it? Will any of them retract their comments? Obviously, their statements are made for a reason other than being truthful, and are simply rhetorical. How they can continue to stay in power is like the political version of Kruger's economic image of Wile E. Coyote in mid-air, waiting to notice the long drop down... No wonder the neocons are so desperate to keep up the rhetoric - if they stop, they drop.
