There are currently 141M outstanding shares of TMTA, 118M in the float. And now they are adding another 25M! That's a pretty big dilution (which is probably why it's priced [$2.9] 12% below yesterday's close [$3.32]. Steven: It got most of that back today with a close of 3.27... They need to show good revenue growth to justify this increase of shares... Let's see what the HP deal brings... Jim
