There were no serious indictments in the Clinton administration. Even the Espy and Cisneros cases were small cheese, the sort of thing the Delay congress has now made legal, that is taking gfts from lobbyists. Delay has made it legal that congress need not even report such gifts which can take any form. Corruption Inc.
