Not an increase in price - they just started charging an administration fee for things like L2. By the way - I still only see ISLD on L2 occasionally. Are you suppose to be on specific servers to get this new wonderful inclusion in L2? Is it possible to stop getting L2 but still get real time data? Cause QC L2 is still a waste and no need to pay $10 for it PLUS the $20 "Administration Fee".
