HI Michael,

Don Farrell happens to be the president of both GMD and LMX. He
has extensive background in the mining arena. So, I think his options
are a little low for being the principal involved. I can understand
your question on the shorts, but I don't have any real answeres on that position. Noteworthy, A small-short position can cause problems when and if a stock backs off from its market. GMD feels that a 5million ton is a conservative amount based on the first 1000 ft. The geologist on the project feel that below that 1000 ft. there could be a huge ore body. They have the financial backing nessasary to complete production. The capital will come from both a bank and private entities. LMX isn't a oil company but a NAFTA Mine outside Tasco in Mexico.
