Manny, I am living in Florida and the local news is about the conference on the South America free trade. All the countries agreed, except Costa Rica. HEC has a law suit against Costa Rica for billions of dollars. I guess the country doesn't want to settle. Of course the suit is frivolous,I think the amount invested was 15 million. Hopefully HEC can find another country to drill in. Arnie
