SEC filing for MFIC: A billion dollar hedge fund, Husic Capital Mgt., has taken a 10.4% (778,292 shares) stake in MFIC (see links below). Husic paid as much as $2.4283 for their shares , buying 56,844 shares at this price on 12/15/03. secfilings.nasdaq.com secfilings.nasdaq.com Husic's involvement with MFIC should assure that the company gets the funding it needs to complete development of its Multiple Stream Mixer Reactor device for creation of nanoparticles and nanomaterials.
