I could care less who negotiated the agreement. It is good news. I wrote: Excellent job done on this agreement with Libya. If you do not want the administration to get any credit does not matter to me... It was announced that Libya approached intermediaries 9 months ago. No mention was made that they approached earlier. Libya has been in negotiation stance since at least 1999. The needed the UN embargo lifted and have since agreed to a Lockerbie $2.7b settlement. This latest phase has been negotiated by the Brits for the most part and started 9 months ago. Geez.
