Denial of rights by FDR is decreyed by both libs and cons. It would be more pertinent to see what the political climate was back then. Conservatives back then were neanderthals so i doubt they were on the correct side. Most democrats supported it as i remember but i may be wrong. And those who opposed it, probably didnt speak up to loudly. I must do some reading on this when i get some time. mike
PS My point was and you prove my point that liberals to a man hate ashcroft and bush and many would allow Jose Padilla to walk the streets. Those same liberals for the most part did not challenge fdr or any other democrat who may do something they consider eggregious. Your failure to recognize this is shocking.
