Hey I think I've got it figured out how your statement could come to be true. In the last 2 years the US $ has gone from around 120 to under 90, representing a 25% loss of value. If Bush wins next year and that trend continues, there will come a time when US labor is actually cheaper because of the trashed US dollar.
